The school is required to seek permission from parents and/or caregivers prior to undertaking a range of activities such as excursions, swimming, camps etc. Standard permission slips are available for downloading and printing then faxing to the school – (9754 6433 fax)

We cannot accept emailed permission slip as a signature is required.
